We’ll be running brewery tours all day long free for anyone that buys a pint in our Loft Bar! There’ll be beer tasting, a sale on in our shop with Mini Kegs at just £15 instead of the usual £19 along with offers on T-Shirts (£10), selected hoodies (£10) and fleeces.  So put the date in your diaries to come along and join us for a great fun day out.

Father’s Day Brewery Tour

We can’t believe nobody has booked their Dad onto the Father’s Day Brewery Tour yet.
At £20 for a few pints, a Pie and Pea meal and a tour around our brewery there must be a few deserving Dad’s out there who’d be delighted! It starts at 1pm June 16th in our loft bar and you can reserve a place by calling us on 0114 249 4804. If you’re not sure whether your Dad can make that date, don’t worry you can always surprise him with a gift voucher to use at his leisure. More details about the tours and a link to our ebay shop are available on our website.

Voted Best Brewery in Sheffield at Exposed Awards 2013

Last night saw the Exposed 2013 awards at Sheffield’s O2 Academy where we’d been nominated for the Best Brewery in Sheffield 2013. The lads had an enjoyable evening attending the event and brought back the award for Best Brewery and Best Real Ale Pub in Sheffield! Thank you to everyone that voted for us because the awards were based on public votes which makes us especially honoured and proud of the award. Thanks to all our lads in the brewery, working through the harsh Sheffield winters so Kelham beer can be enjoyed in cosy pubs across Yorkshire and the UK.  We will continue to keep up the good work brewing our regular favourites and be sure to look out for some exciting new beers in the months to come!Image

Easy Rider Picture

Thank you Calvin for sending in this photograph.

It’s a 1450cc limited edition Easy Rider Captain America replica manufactured by Indian/CMC motorcycles of California. He tells us they were the only ones ever authorised and endorsed by Peter Fonda but some modifications had to be implemented to make them street legal.  They were manufactured in 1999 to coincide with 30th year anniversary of the film Easy Rider. This one was purchased second hand in Georgia USA and was shipped over here to the UK in 2009.

Congratulations to Little Mick Williams, Head of Sales UK and Europe.

After a record breaking January Mick was awarded the much coveted

‘Employee of the Month award for January’.

A big well done to Little Mick and his picture will be proudly displayed

in the  Brewers & Yard Boy’s lounge for the next month.

Sadly Little Mick’s picture has sustained some accidental damage and

has been removed temporarily while repairs are carried out.
